Crime is Still Up

Here are the crime stats for 2008 vs 2009, and we're still up, folks. I had thought that because the economy was down so too would be crime, but that's unfortunately not the case.

It looks inconclusive at best, however at first glance it looks like most crime stats are down. Don't quite understand the 2009 vs the YTD-2009 column naming conventions but I assume the 2009 column is the month of December 2009.
